• Increase the percentage of students meeting proficiency:
• All Students: 61% → 66%
• Students with Disabilities (SWD): 33% → 38%
• English Language Learners (ELL): 0% → 5%
• Black Students: 20% → 25%
• Economically Disadvantaged: 58% → 63%
• Students in Temporary Housing (STH): 38% → 43%

Reduce the percentage of students performing at Level 1:

• All Students: 43% → 38%
• SWD: 29% → 24%
• ELL: 86% → 81%
• Black Students: 52% → 47%
• Economically Disadvantaged: 12% → 7%
• STH (Below Proficiency): 62% → 57%

By June 26, 2026, with professional development focused on the Science of Reading and Advanced Literacies, increase the number of ELL students advancing in language proficiency:

• Transitioning: 25% → 30%
• Expanding: 52% → 57%
• Commanding: 18% → 23%

(Note: "Entering" and "Emerging" levels will remain at 0%)

All Students Are Physically and Emotionally Safe

Goal:

Improve school climate and reduce disciplinary actions by June 26, 2026.

• SWD Suspensions: Decrease by 10%, from 66.7% → 56.7%
• Level 4–5 Incidents (All Students): Decrease from 15 incidents → 12

All Students Have a High-Quality Academic Experience

Goal:

Improve math performance in grades 6–8 by June 26, 2026.
